USE DIRECTIONS:



Read Precautions First - Wear Rubber Gloves - Then Follow These Simple Directions

  1. Drain and filter shortening.
  2. Fill fry pot to just over "Full" line with water.
  3. Add FRY KLEEN® according to size of fryer: Ratio: 1/2 cup-15# fryer, 1 cup-35# fryer.
  4. Bring to boil and continue boiling 10-15 minutes.
  5. CAUTION - Wear rubber gloves.
  6. Turn heat off.  Drain and rinse thoroughly.  Wipe pot surface with dry cloth.  Refill with shortening.
  7. The above procedure should be followed twice a week.
  8. In severe cases, after cleaner is drained out, it may be necessary to scrape some stubborn spots gently with a scraper. You can also clean the spots with Carbon Kleen, if they are stubborn.

DAILY CLEANING:

  1. Saturate cloth with full strength FRY KLEEN® and wipe fry pot while warm-rinse thoroughly.
  2. DO NOT mix FRY KLEEN® with other cleaning agents or chemicals.
